The Exodus Crisis Residential Treatment Program is a 15-bed licensed social rehabilitation facility.
Crisis services for this program will focus on the evaluation and reduction of an individual’s distress and the building of needed resources to assist individuals to remain as independent as possible in the community. This program provides 24-hour treatment and support for mental health patients that are currently transitioning back out into private living within the community. Each client has a specific, custom tailored treatment plan that assists the client in coping with life stresses so they become empowered to lead their lives in a productive and healthy manner. Our crisis residential program is a favorable alternative to hospitalization and potential homelessness.
