Services are provided to adults of all ages

The Exodus Recovery Integrated Care Program in South Los Angeles serves uninsured and economically disadvantaged adults who are struggling with chronic mental and physical health conditions requiring ongoing health care.  This program provides innovative integrated care through holistic treatment in an inviting and welcoming environment.  Services are available in English and Spanish.

Services Provided:

Physical health/primary care including:  physical exams, management of chronic conditions, medications, labs and imaging, referrals to specialty care and preventative care

Mental health services including:  initial psychosocial assessments, psychiatric medications and support, case management, co-occurring substance use/abuse services and group and individual counseling
