Requirements:
Mental Health Clinician with Mental Health Master’s Degree. (3) three years of clinical experience working with homeless and / complex populations preferred. Current CPR Certification preferred. Spanish speaking preferred. License strongly preferred. DMH experience required.
Job Summary:
The individual is to provide comprehensive case management and care coordination services.
