RN/LVN/LPT

Job Requirements:

Must have two years of clinical practice in psychiatric care with strong emphasis working with the chronically mentally ill and dual diagnosis clients.

Valid CA RN/LPT/LVN license, as applicable and CPR certification

Job Summary:

The Program Nurse shall provide comprehensive services for all clients with medication support, crisis         intervention, physical/medical conditions when indicated, preventative health education and provision of all of mental health interventions/services for clients in Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) facilities

In collaboration with the Exodus physicians.
